Army and Halo 3 Hooking Up

The Army attaches it's name to the gaming world's top franchise, Halo 3. You can register your Gamertag with live.xbox.com for chances to win limited edition prints and Xbox Live points. Okay, so are we going to do anything when H3 comes out, or are we just going to wait until that Friday? I'd love to do the 4 player co-op, but if there's a bunch of us on, multi-player's the way to go. Work permitting, I'll probably be on every night that week. Anyone else?

Has Halo Advertising Gone Too Far?

The New Xbox 360 is Halo Green not Gray

The mysterious fourth Xbox recently spotted at an E3 rehearsel has been identified as a new Halo green military styled Xbox 360. It sports the HDMI port and a 20 Gig HD and will be available in September. No word on price or whether it includes the new 65 nm process "Falcon" chipset.

Halo 3 Achievements Leaked

The 49 achievements of Halo 3 have been leaked, revealing among other things how many missions the campaign will have. There are 9 campaign missions and these could be the missions' names:

1. Landfall
2. Holdout
3. The Road
4. Assault
5. Cleansing
6. Refuge
7. Last Stand
8. The Key
9. Return

The achievements list also revealed there will be nine skulls (one in every mission?) to find after finishing the campaign in any of three modes.

Hopefully, Bungie will confirm or deny the veracity of this achievements list.

Hopefully this is all true. I think that all of these achievements are possible, especially the ones for the campaign, since online co-op will be available. Just look at Gear, almost all of the acievement points in Gears were obtainable due to online co-op.
